Pinot noir: principal red grape variety in Switzerland, Burgundy origins.Fine wine, noble, ruby red colour, typical bouquet.
Gamay: purple/red colour, lively character, bouquet of red berries, acidity quite pronounced.
Gamaret: Structured and coloured wine, rich in tannins, fine, well balanced, sometimes spicy notes.
Diolinoir: fine and full bodied wine, rather neutral, rich in colour and in good tannins, smooth character.
Merlot: deep colour, fruity, complex and supple.
Wine character: The bouquet evokes aromas of little red berries.In the mouth the wine is strong, full bodied and unctuous with a long finish.An excellent wine which confirms the great subtility of the assemblage.
